I work with founders and product teams to build products that are solid, scalable, resilient, and aligned with the business. I lead the architecture and technical execution of Finrizon: a multi-tenant finance platform with event sourcing, AI, payments, and Kubernetes deployment.

Where I help

I do my best work where implementation alone is not enough. If you are building a product, platform, or internal tool and need someone who can translate domain complexity into architecture, make the critical technical decisions, and ship the full system end-to-end, that is the work I take on. I also join existing Rails products when they need legacy untangled, technical debt reduced, a credible growth path, and AI added without breaking the core.

I usually work with three kinds of clients: startups looking for a technical co-founder or first architect, companies with mature or legacy Rails systems that need structure, and teams that want to introduce AI as a separate layer that strengthens the product instead of damaging its foundations.

  • Led the architecture and technical execution of Finrizon, built together with a co-founder responsible for business logic and finance: a multi-tenant financial forecasting and cash flow management product for CFO teams.
  • Split the domain into bounded contexts and structured the core workflows around DDD and event sourcing.
  • Delivered AI workflows with agents, tools, pgvector/RAG, and integrations with Anthropic and OpenAI models.
  • Designed payments, authorization, and the product foundations required for a sellable platform.
  • Shipped the full stack: Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Sidekiq, Hotwire, Kubernetes, and production deployment.
